Monitoring System
Our monitoring systems uses the GSM-GPRS telecommunications system to acquire the data from each solar tracker, controlled by our fully developed SCADA program.
This is a two phase process:
- Alarm System - The SCADA program receives an alarm from a malfunctioning tracker by receiving SMS or TCP/IP messages. The malfunctioning tracker sends a pre-programmed protocol message, based on the type of trouble detected, to a defined user until the alarm answered.
- Data Acquisition System - Each night total and individual output, maximum wind speed and other pre-defined data is collected from each installation. This information is subsequently downloaded into a database, which is available to the client via WEB from any location.
